How can i get from the airport to the apartment?

1. Uber service - Official cooperation between the airport and Uber began in October 2023. Uber taxis are available in front of the terminal, and passengers can use the app. The fare is set and does not change, making it the cheapest way to travel from the airport by taxi.
2. Take a ride on the city's airport buses to metro stop Veleslavínova. From there, you will take the metro to the Staroměstská stop. It's only a few minutes from there to our apartments

How can I get from the main train station to the apartment?

1. Uber/Bolt service - the most convenient way to get to our apartment. The price is around €10 per ride, depending on the time of day.
2. You can take the metro directly from the main station to the Muzeum station. At Muzeum, transfer to the green metro line and go to the Staroměstská station. From there, it is less than a 10-minute walk to our apartments.

How can I check-in?

Please keep in mind that our apartments do not have a reception. A few days before your arrival, you will receive access codes and detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment. Additionally, a video will be provided to assist you with your arrival. Please remember to complete the online check-in form that was emailed to you prior to your arrival. 

How do I check-out?

When you leave, please don't forget to put the card keys back in the lockbox and make sure to use a random number to lock it. Even though the cleaning of the apartment is included in the price, we would really appreciate it if you could leave the apartment in good condition. Please take out the garbage, leave the bed linen in one place, and close all the windows.

Can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

This option depends on the availability of our apartments. Unfortunately, in most cases, we are fully booked, so early check-in or late check-out is not possible. Additionally, we do not have facilities for storing luggage. However, we can recommend the LUGGit app. LUGGit collects your luggage whenever and wherever you want and delivers it to your chosen location at the time you specify. How can I complete the online check-in registration?

After completing the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing a code for an app called Alfred. In this app, you can fill in all the necessary personal data required by Czech law. It's a quick process that will facilitate your arrival and also provide access to all the information regarding your apartment.


What can I expect in each apartment?

You'll find a kitchen stocked with everything you need, including an oven or microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided, along with hotel-quality toiletries. Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected during your stay.

Will I have Wi-Fi access?

All apartments offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

Is there a washer and dryer?

Each of our apartments is equipped with a washing machine. However, only two apartments also have a dryer. It is important to always read the apartment information, where it is clearly stated whether the apartment has a dryer or not. Additionally, every apartment has a clothes drying rack.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Violating this rule incurs a fine of €100. If you wish to smoke, you may do so in the outside hallways of the building where smoking is allowed, and ashtrays are provided.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the building.

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

Yes, some of the apartments are air-conditioned. For those that aren't, we provide fans for your comfort.

The apartment building

Is there a reception in the building?

Since we operate self-check-in apartments, there is no physical reception in the building. Everything is managed online, allowing for a streamlined and efficient process for guests.

Is there an elevator in the building?

The building has 4 floors and you can get to each floor by elevator, which is located in the lobby of the building.

Does each apartment have a terrace?

There are 7 apartments in the building, but please note that only 2 of them have a terrace. It is important to always read the apartment information, where it is clearly stated whether the apartment has a terrace or not.

Is parking available on the premises?

No, parking is not available on the premises. The nearest guarded parking garage is about an 8-minute walk from our apartments. It's called Garaze Rudolfinum, located at Alšovo nábř. 110 00, 110 00 Prague - Old Town. The daily rate is €25. You can also use the Mr.Parkit app to find the nearest parking space and book it in advance.

Additional services

Is there a baby cot or highchair available?

Yes, baby cots and highchairs are available in all apartments free of charge. Please request them to be placed in your apartment ahead of your check-in date.

Can I request extra cleaning during my stay?

Yes, you can request extra cleaning during your stay. It's always necessary to let us know in advance so that we can plan everything accordingly. Extra cleaning costs start from €20, depending on the extent of the cleaning and the guest's request.

Do towels and bed linen come with the apartment?

Yes, towels and bed linen are provided with the apartment, and they are included in the reservation price.

Can I request a transfer from the airport?
